Can I change or cancel my order?

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Processing usually takes 1–2 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to selected countries. Available destinations and shipping costs are shown during checkout.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn, unused and returned in its original condition.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Product materials are always listed on each product page.
Will sterling silver tarnish?
Sterling silver may naturally develop a light patina over time. This is a normal characteristic of the metal and can easily be removed using a silver polishing cloth.
Can I wear my jewellery every day?
Yes. However, we recommend removing jewellery before swimming, showering, exercising or using household chemicals to help preserve its appearance.
