Returns

At GOVAVI, we want you to love every piece you receive. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to make the return process as clear as possible.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The item is unworn, unused and in its original condition.
• The jewellery is returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is provided.

How to Request a Return

Contact hello@minimalistgovavi.com before sending your item. If your return is accepted, we will provide the correct return instructions and return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Return Postage

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return postage cost. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us before returning it and GOVAVI will arrange the appropriate solution at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Personalised or custom-made jewellery cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or your statutory rights apply.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be made to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process the refund.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or style, contact us before returning your item. We will be happy to assist where possible.
