At GOVAVI, we want you to love every piece you receive. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help make the return process as simple as possible.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unworn, unused and in its original condition.
- The jewellery is returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Personalised or custom-made jewellery cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size or style, please contact us before returning your item. We'll be happy to assist where possible.
