Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Processing may take slightly longer during busy periods or promotional events.

Estimated Delivery Times

The following estimates apply after your order has been dispatched:

• United Kingdom — Standard: 5–7 business days
• United Kingdom — Express: 4–6 business days
• Europe: 5–14 business days
• Other supported international destinations: 6–20 business days

Available delivery services, the exact shipping cost and the estimate for your address are displayed at checkout before payment.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

International Shipping

We ship to selected international destinations. Delivery estimates can be affected by local carriers, customs processing and public holidays.
