Our Warranty

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects that affect the quality or functionality of your jewellery under normal use.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us and we'll be happy to review your request.

What Is Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Scratches or surface marks from everyday use
• Damage caused by accidents or improper handling
• Damage resulting from exposure to chemicals, perfumes or water
• Lost or stolen items
• Improper storage or cleaning

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Please email us with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs showing the problem
